Fonts, Fonts and More Fonts

FREE FONTS…this is one of my guilty pleasures. I love going online looking for free fonts. Better yet, free fonts that I can use personally or professionally. There are so many fonts out there that you can literally spend hours just looking for new fonts. I have to say I’ve had many a stiff neck from staring endlessly into my computer screen perusing serif, sans-serif, hand written, fancy scripts, medieval, basic, dingbats…I could go on forever. So I am going to share all my favourite go to sites for free fonts.bbgHeader01

Have fun perusing! I know I will.

Dafont   UrbanFonts   Font Squirrel   Font Stock   and my favorite for not only finding unique fonts but building your own as well, FontStruct.

There are plenty more sites out there who have free fonts but there’s only so much time in the day to look for them and frankly I’m bushed from looking. Enjoy!

Until next time.

About head birdbrain

Robin is an artist, author, and a retired graphic designer, now living in Nova Scotia, Canada. She has been making art for most of her life and started writing in her sixties. She chose to make her first book an illustrated book because of her love of drawing and utilizing Photoshop, where all of the illustrations are coloured after being hand-drawn and shaded with pencil. Robin has three books in the Famlaer series: Famlaer - The Real Faeryland, Famlaer 2 - A New Beginning in an Old Land and Famlaer 3 – A Different World. Robin loves art in every form, including acrylic painting, oil pastels, clay work using airdry and polymer clays and 3D boxes. Samples of these works will be added to the site soon. Enjoy.
